About the Team
Shanna Wu Pecoraro, AICI CIP
Shanna Pecoraro, AICI CIP, is an international image and etiquette expert, color specialist and trainer. She is the founder of SP Image Consulting International and Executive Director & Principal Trainer of NYC Image Consultant Academy, which specializes in etiquette and image consulting training. She is also the creator of “The Pocket Color Compass” the must have color analysis tool for image consultants and stylists around the world.
Shanna was trained as an accountant. However, when she landed her first job in a fashion company as an assistant in the accounting department, she knew that being an accountant was not what she wanted in her life. When the creative side of hers came forward, she soon became a window dresser and a clothing store manager. She used her spare time to study fashion design and started her own boutique. With 22 years of experience in the fashion industry, she has worked as a buyer, merchandiser, fashion stylist, kid’s fashion designer, and department store manager in Taipei, New York, Los Angeles, and Milan.
During this period she worked with thousands of individual clients, including some celebrities. She has planned and organized numerous fashion shows and special events. She has also trained fashion stylists and coached a number of sales associates and first-rate managers. Along the way, she has built up an excellent reputation with both clients and colleagues as being competent, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Shanna graduated from the New York Fashion Institute of Technology with both Image Consulting and Color Specialist certificates and is certified by the Associate Image Consultants International (AICI). She also received her formal training and certification from the prestigious Protocol School of Washington and has been recognized by Cambridge Who’s Who for showing dedication, leadership, and excellence in all aspects of the image consulting profession. She has served three terms of Vice President of Education from 2008 to 2011, President from 2013-15 and is currently the Immediate past-president in NY Tri-State Chapter of AICI.
Shanna has also contributed her time and skills as a volunteer for Dress for Success, a non-profit organization that helps and educates underprivileged women reenter the workforce, and teaching Image & Etiquette Seminar in the W!SE institute a program of Working In Support of Education at the High School of Economics and Finance.
As a committed image consultant and trainer, Shanna sets the highest standards to bring the best skills and knowledge to the global image consulting community. An avid traveler, She has traveled to train in three continents and currently lives with her husband in New York City.
Jacqueline Peros, PBM
As a former technology marketer turned personal branding expert, Jacqueline Peros develops powerful techniques for goal-oriented technology entrepreneurs to unleash their potential to drive their organization to the next level. Jacqueline’s services are designed to help business owners and their staff maximize their brand value and be prepared to leverage opportunities that will advance their business.
Jacqueline has worked across a range of multinational corporations and young startups, including seven years with DoubleClick, honing messages, and procedures for businesses to succeed in today’s rapidly changing markets. As a Reach Personal Branding certified personal branding strategist, FIT certified image consultant, and instructor at the renowned Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, she provides clients and audiences alike, a competitive edge through training and consulting in communications (verbal and nonverbal), the importance of what she calls “your digital dress code,” and business etiquette.
Jacqueline also contributes her time and knowledge, in a volunteer capacity to non-profit organizations focused on providing career and life opportunities for underprivileged women in the surrounding New York areas, including Girls Going Places, Grace Institute (Special Advisory Board Member), and The Grace Smith House.
In facilitating interactive workshops and speaking on timely topics, Jacqueline has earned a reputation as a trusted, self-assured authority. An industry leader, she served as the President of the Association of Image Consultants International NY Tri-State Chapter, which is comprised of image experts specializing in appearance, behavior, and communication. During her board tenure, she dedicated her committee commitments to important projects such as Civility Counts, AICI Gives Back, and Image and Disabilities. As a result of her determination and collaboration with the New York City Mayor’s office, Jacqueline proudly secured a city proclamation declaring May as International Civility Awareness Month.

They are aimed at anyone who is interested in enhancing their overall image and building his/her confidence in order to achieve their personal and professional success. Making a positive first impression is critical for success in all aspects of life. Her goal is to turn your first impression into one of your greatest assets and make you stand out in both of your personal and professional life.
Jessie is the only authorized distributor and provider for Civility Experts Worldwide programs in Taiwan. She will be accepting applications from business professionals, consultants, coaches, teachers and others who wish to achieve certification as Civility at Work® Trainers and Courtesy Coaches®. These programs, created by Civility Experts Worldwide are the only internationally civility certification programs acknowledged by the International Civility Trainers’ Consortium. (ICTC).
Jessie is also the first associate and trainer of IITTI Business Image and Etiquette International Certificate in Taiwan. IITTI (Institute of Image Training and Testing International) is a non-profit organization in Canada that provides a global standardized certification testing system on professional image and etiquette for employers, employees and job-seekers to measure soft skills that are critical to business success.
Camille Branda, MBA CIC
Camille Branda has 20 years of experience in the fashion industry in the fields of product development, merchandising and sourcing in both the ready-to-wear and accessory industry. Prior to her decision to launch her own image consulting business she was the VP of product development and sourcing for the Echo Design group, the leading global accessory and home décor company. Her initiatives took her around the world discovering the best fabrics, products, and manufacturers associated with the art of making beautiful products!
She has an MBA in marketing and supplementary education from FIT (Fashion Institute of Technology) and Parsons in textiles, color, and image consulting. Camille’s affiliation with FGI (Fashion Group International), DFS (Dress for Success) and AICI (association of Image Consultant International) have inspired for her interest in emphasizing th important role “IMAGE” plays in everyone’s lifestyle (personal & professional)
